Where to start? The skirt is two tiers of 3 circle skirts each that have horse hair/braid sewn into the hem to give it the Clamp ruffles. The top is a bodice pattern that has ruffles added and hand tacted down to keep them from moving. The gloves and stockings were airbrushed by my friend Han and the stockings themselves are 5-toed stockings that I found on eBay. The horns are wire framed with armature wire, paper mached, model magiced then sanded and painted.

I'm curious why you chose to make two tiers of 3 circle skirts. Wouldn't the effect be similar if you had used one circle skirt... perhaps with a larger circumference?
